Recommendations included ways to improve community access to inclusive health services, providing new trainings to health workers, increasing the budget for sub-national health expenditure, greater community involvement in women’s health services, ways to improve the involvement of adolescents in maternal and child health, and the need to ensure that pregnant women from poor families have better access to the government-run healthcare insurance program. This will be followed-up by RISE with one-on-one consultations with specific ministries on recommendations.
