This guideline provides an approach whereby local civil society organizations (CSOs) can build their capabilities to better advocate for government accountability and communal tolerance. The approach builds on three years of experience supporting 32 local CSOs across Indonesia through the USAID MADANI Civil Society Support Initiative.
