MADANI’s civil society partner PRKI and Learning Forum members issued a policy paper recommending to increase health center accessibility, implement minimum public health standards, provide maternal and child health care at all health centers, and ensure community participation and oversight. On 26 January 2022, after working closely with PRKI and the Learning Forum, the Tasikmalaya District Government launched, for the first time, a Service Improvement Charter for selected Community Health Centers that includes the above recommendations and serves as a commitment to enhance public health service delivery.
