USAID MADANI Civil Society Support Initiative is pleased to invite you to the first Civil Society Knowledge Sharing Seminars, with the topic “Organizational Performance Index (OPI) as a tool for capacity assessment”, presenting resource speakers from the Indonesian Government and civil society organizations.

MADANI lead partner CSO Metamorphosis holds a management training event for local CSOs in Bogor

The OPI is an important assessment tool for organizational development planning and measurement since it allows a CSO to measure capacity gaps and identify ways to address them. Speakers include:

    Dadang Sugiarta, M.Si, Head of Kesbangpol, Bogor City
    Sofiah, Executive Director of Metamorfosis, Bogor City
    Desty Ekaputri, Monitoring Evaluation officer of Pimpinan Daerah ‘Aisyiyah, Serang District

The speakers will discuss in-depth about their knowledge and experience on the Organizational Performance Index in MADANI and how it can be used more broadly to strengthen the capacity of CSOs in Indonesia. The seminar includes discussions and Q&A session. This 120-minute hybrid event, designed for NGOs, donors, selected ministries, and the extended NGO network.
